Shepherd’s International College is wholly privately owned by a group of mature and experienced Christian Educators, who are the proprietors and constitute the Board of Directors of the school: Mr. Isaac M.Ogara (Chairman), Mr. Blessing E. Chammang (Secretary), Mr. Changbol Zitta, Mrs. Janet I. Ogara, Mrs. Hannatu B. Chammang and Mrs. Hannatu G. Monday members. The Board of Directors is fully responsible for running the school. The College also has as a higher Advisory body, a Board of Trustees, appointed by the Board of Directors to advise and give general guidance on policy issues and direction. It is made up of senior and respected Christians of good standing in the Lord and in the society, whose experience, wisdom and guidance are being drawn tapped for the benefit of the institution. The members are:

ABOUT USOur History
The founding of the College was a result of a deep burden and impression on the heart of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Isaac Maikasuwa Ogara. In 1994, there about, He had the strong burden to start a secondary school, given the falling standard of education in the public schools compared with the standard of the seventies and early eighties. The breakdown in standards follows a general breakdown in the Nigerian Economy and governance, which led to social decadence, decay in morality and corruption that had befallen the open society and threatened future generations.
