Proprietorship

Shepherd’s International College is wholly privately owned by a group of mature and experienced Christian Educators, who are the proprietors and constitute the Board of Directors of the school: Mr. Isaac M.Ogara (Chairman), Mr. Blessing E. Chammang (Secretary), Mr. Changbol Zitta, Mrs. Janet I. Ogara, Mrs. Hannatu B. Chammang and Mrs. Hannatu G. Monday members. The Board of Directors is fully responsible for running the school. The College also has as a higher Advisory body, a Board of Trustees, appointed by the Board of Directors to advise and give general guidance on policy issues and direction. It is made up of senior and respected Christians of good standing in the Lord and in the society, whose experience, wisdom and guidance are being drawn tapped for the benefit of the institution.
